Empowering Girls for Life was established in 2016 to empower the next generation of leaders. Bill Conroy, Founder of Empowering Girls, runs a softball organization where he first realized that young girls need to hear first hand stories from women who have broken barriers in their respective industries. He realized there was an opportunity to create a platform to bring young girls and women into the same room as these leaders to hear the ups, downs, successes, and failures that led them to where they are today. Empowering Girls is a small team that hosts a yearly event, as well as shares out inspiring stories and messages throughout the year through the Empowered Blog.
